Our two-story Victorian style estate home was custom built in 2000 with an inspiration and planned desire to celebrate special occasions and entertain large groups of people. With guest seating up to 450, our in-house rental service provides several convenient amenities, such as tables, chairs, linens, chair covers, serving bar, dance floor, beverage fountains and much more for a stress-free event. The remarkable bridal entrance off the second story balcony provides beautiful and lasting memories. As the bride makes her way down the white spiral stair case, our outdoor music system will surround the guests with traditional wedding tunes.

Additionally, our piano is available to be performed on as bride enters the 5ft wide bridal path to a beautiful white gazebo centered between two 9ft Victorian lamp poles. The large manicured courtyard is surrounded by several established shade trees, filled with white twinkling lights to add elegance to your festivity.

Located in the peaceful Old River Area of Southwest Bakersfield, on nearly three acres, where the air is clean and the traffic is few, our countryside courtyard is a wonderful site for your wedding ceremony, dinner reception, or any special occasion.
