Balance is due 7days prior to your event with a credit card, cashiers check or just plain cash. Personal checks are accepted 10 days before your event. Customers are responsible for setting up rental equipment unless other arrangements have been made. (Except dance floors)
Security deposits or credit cards are required on rental equipment and additional fees will apply if tables and chairs are not restacked. Standard linens are pressed and folded and do not have hangers. We will set-up the dance floor on cement, grass or a level surface.
When your event date arrives we will be ready, however, we are not landscapers, magicians, bankers or family therapists. We can not predict the weather, control acts of nature or solve family matters. Sorry, we do not give refunds on unused equipment. |
